Vision’s contract manufacturing service is very flexible yet controlled under GMP conditions. Large or small production runs are welcomed. Within our dedicated manufacturing facility we can supply:
All individual test components
Coated rolls of membrane or sprayed conjugate pads
Laminated cards with one or all required components
Bulk or individually foil bagged cut strips
Bulk or individually foil bagged cassetted tests
Fully assembled kits in OEM packaging
Vision carefully control the humidity during manufacture and storage of all components and utilise a reel-to-reel and automated laminating system. All components are supplied in humidity controlled containers or foil.
Vision have a team of very experienced development scientists and a dedicated, fully equipped laboratory. In the last two years alone, the company has successfully developed and manufactured 15 test types. This has included a wide variety of test formats and sample types and we therefore have the experience to ensure the fast and successful development of your test. There are many components involved in the development of a lateral flow test and each one is critically important to the success of a fully optimised product.
